A few days ago, a goat named Billy started to terrorize some residents in Tonopah, Arizona. It’s unknown where Billy had escaped from but he damaged some residents garage door, an electrical cord, and chased of them around a car for a few hours. Deputies from District 2 were dispatched to try and detain him. They finally were able to take Billy into custody but Billy wasn’t done terrorizing. While detained, he assaulted one of District 2’s deputies by urinating on them. Specialized handcuffs were used to restrain Billy while they waited for Livestock Control to pick him up the following morning. Ultimately, Billy was charged with trespassing, assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
