Luke Combs had two shows in Bangor, Maine Friday and Saturday this last weekend. After singing vigorously all night on Friday, September 2nd, Luke Combs’ voice was shot. He then pulled a stunt that only made his fans love him more!
Knowing that his voice wasn’t at 100%, instead of calling off the show, he refunded everyone’s tickets BEFORE the show on Saturday. Luke was clearly upset on stage and told them he it didn’t feel right to charge them, saying that it meant a lot to him that his fans had spent their hard earned money during these hard times on tickets to see him…and then continued to play the show!
Even with a sore voice, Luke Combs and his band, “put on the best FREE show” they could.
